General bar duties as per bartender position description
- Leading the bar staff team
- Training bar staff and front of house staff in bar operations, drink service, beverage knowledge
- Purchasing stock from approved suppliers
- Develop drinks menu for all outlets keeping within set concepts
- Conduct stocktakes and control stock levels
- Run promotions and events to increase customer base and improve customer experience
- Maintain SNS activity as per SNS company policy
- Other Stay Nozawa duties as requested by Reporting or General Manager
