As a member of the Stay Nozawa housekeeping team you are responsible for delivering daily room servicing, cleaning and completing general property cleaning tasks. You will be required to work within a small team of staff ensuring daily cleaning duties are completed on time and to a high standard. Our housekeeping team are expected to be presentable and maintain a high level of professional customer service.
- Greeting guests and responding to inquiries
- Cleaning rooms and public areas
- Changing linen and making beds
- Tidying up guests rooms
- Managing rubbish and ensure correct recycling is carried out
- Fixing or reporting and technical issues or maintenance needs to your manager
- Checking and ordering stock of cleaning products and supplies
- Paying attention to details and providing guests the best possible experience for their stay
- Cleaning and preparing rooms in a timely manner
- Working autonomously and keeping good communication with the administration team
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
