As a member of the Stay Nozawa reception team, your priority is to ensure our guests experience the best Nozawa Onsen has to offer. It is important that our staff are knowledgeable and go over and above to meet customers needs when it comes to providing village information , assisting with bookings and upselling extra services.
General duties for the Reservations Officer / Administration Assistant will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing all bookings from enquiries through to final payments
- Ongoing communication and support for customers before check in date
- Updating company booking literature across all platforms
- Reconciling payments with Accounts Manager
- Managing the adding of booking extras for the guests stay
- Upselling products and maximising occupancy rates
- Administration support for the General Manager and other area managers as required
- Support and assist with daily operations and administration to the broader Stay Nozawa team as required
Previous reservation experience with a reservation platform
